New Zealand Government Organization Ministry of Social Development become leading in criminal discriminating, abusing and offending to the lady, employee and immigrant
There is a horrible incident happened to me on 5 of November 2008 during I was a lawful employee of the Ministry of Social Development that the employees of the Ministry of Social Development Ms Katie Musk and Mr. Hamish McIntyre (I even didn’t know who they are at that time. Later I know they are from HR.) made a false allegation about me to Wellington Free Ambulance: dismissed, unemployed, a Chinese Student being dismissal, hysterical and psychiatric suicidal, violent police must secure. Then From Wellington Free Ambulance their system automatically informed the NZ Police as I was told. So the 111 Police suddenly came to the Sick room of the Ministry of Social Development. And then they made another false allegation about me to the police that I am an assistant to the Minister. I am covertly recording the Minister’s private conversation for which I was immediately dismissed because I refuse to hand back my computer and building access card Police were called. Unemployed, Trespass on the Ministry of Social Development after warning to leave by Hamish McIntyre neglected to do so. The worse thing is Hamish McIntyre as the HR manager also authorized the police to remove me actually violent arrested me with handcuffs on both my hands from my workplace the Ministry of Social Development by police constable Katherine McCormick and a male police senior sergeant Gilpin for trespass. Because I didn’t know I was treated as trespass after warning I must leave immediately, because the police didn’t give me notice but only warn me and offer me a lift home with their police car. You know of course I would refuse their offer because the police car is only for the criminal person. Then suddenly the male police with the lady police pulled me down from the bed of the sick room and pushed me to the ground and violently put the handcuffs on both my hands and took me to the police prison. When I was in the police prison I ask them why the police could arrest me and I was told I was an unwelcomed person. Then I got a charge for trespass and resisting arrest. I was really annoyed that I was a lawful employee of the Ministry but they charged me for trespass. On the Trespass Act it very clearly stated that employees are lawful occupier. The HR manager and the Police even didn’t know this basic NZ Law Trespass Act or they are on purpose. You know because the police prosecuted me to the court for trespass and resisting arrest 2 days later after the incident and the charges were agreed by the Ministry of Social Development when police informed them. Then I was threatened to do diversion for many times by the lawyer but I was refused. As soon as they know I would rather go to the court to defend for myself in front of the judge then I was told they withdrew the two charges of trespass and resisting arrest. Then I began complain I was told the person made the false allegation was protected by the NZ Private Act. So that caused me unavailable to sue the criminal persons Ms Katie Mush and Hamish McIntyre to the court. Then I sue the Ministry of Social Development to the Court for their employees’ false allegation, malicious prosecution, defamation and serious damage to me because the Ministry is the employer of criminal person. The Ministry has to take the whole liberty for their employees’ criminal offense to me. The funny thing is came a lawyer from Crown Law Antoinette Russell defending for the criminal persons in the Ministry of Social Development made false allegation, malicious prosecution and defamation. From this proceeding I got to know it is Ms Katie Musk and Hamish McIntyre made the false allegation about me. (But the another really criminal manager is still well protected and not disclosed.). That makes me confused if it is lawful by the NZ Law to make false allegation or criminal offence to the employee, lady and immigrant otherwise how the Crown Law could defend for them. I was confused if is it lawful in NZ that lawful employee could treated as trespass, lawful immigrant could treated with unlawfully arrested, unlawfully handcuffed, unlawfully searched, unlawfully been custody and imprisonment and unlawfully charged with trespass and resisting arrest? Because until now 8 months passed the case hasn’t sorted out yet. Now I am threatened by the lawyer Antoinette Russell from Crown Law for the defendant the Ministry of Social Development to award a cost from me victim for their false allegation, malicious prosecution, defamation and serious damage to me. They are going to award a cost from me for their unlawfully arrested, unlawfully handcuffed, unlawfully searched, unlawfully been custody and imprisonment, unlawfully charged for trespass and resisting arrest.
By making the false allegation, malicious prosecution and defamation then the manager in the Ministry of Social Development got the due reason to dismiss me and said I am violent to the NZ Police, and I am intimate and aggressive manner toward the manager and staff. Then from the false dismissal became the real dismissal. In this criminal way they forced the immigrant lady employee lost job to be unemployed until now for 8 months and the Ministry of Social refused any benefit. I became a person without any income for 8 months.
The more fun thing is the Deed of Settlement and Release offered to me by the defendant and lawyer from Crown Law on 23 July 2009 in the court is an illegal contract and an unlawful settlement of a complaint under the NZ Human Rights Act 1993.

Actually on the 5 of November I was not dismissed but a lawful employee of the Ministry. I am not a Chinese student but a lawful resident. I am not hysterical or psychiatric suicidal because it is not worth me to suicidal for this poor job. I am not an assistant to any of the Minister or covertly recording any of the Minister’s private conversation. I am not such lucky I even don’t know who the Minister is at that time. I am never violent to any one in my life.
